my doc said no bread, pasta, potatoes it will help with weightloss. I f you are making a sandwich try Portabella mushrooms.

I don't eat bread that often but I do like the 100 calorie whole weat English muffins. I buy them when they go on sale 2 for 5.00 or buy one get one. :peace: :wave: :wave:
