The 20th is Thursday. We could get paid any time from now until Thursday. I call it payment watch.  :)

Why do you say that? You could get paid in a month if you cashout by the end of the March. A month isn't really far off

I get to cash out this month I'm going to do so at the end of the month if I do that I will receive payment the 20th of April correct or around that time?

Yes as long as  do the request before midnight on the 31st you are eligible to receive payment around April 20

Thank you ladavia89..that answers my question on which is the best day and time to cash out ..I just wish there was an easier way to prove my identification..I assume faxing my driver's license is sufficient?

Yeah, I received my payment. Had to let you know that I think payment watch sounds good to me as I start checking my paypal account on the 17th of the month to see if FusionCash deposited my earnings.
