And, it begins on your birthday too.
Or, it might begin on a special anniversary date or a date when you moved in somewhere.

My new trivia year starts sometime mid-April.  Changes from year to year depending on when the contest is.  This year, there's 24 days left until this year's contest. 

Then the new year will start April 14!
