It is my mom and my intention that they dont sufferbwhich is why we are afraid to fight him in court if we all lose boys will be put in foster care and the father doesnt want that either he was there and then ended up in juvy then jail in streets of baltimore

What a mess they seem to have made of their lives and now you and the kids are the ones that are suffering.  It's very sad.

yes i`m trying to make the best of the situation say prayer for us my daughter called baby only 3 lbs and she is due oct 13

she shuold have thought of that before she went out and did the crime that got her in jail.I know it hard on u to not see your grand kids .but u can go to court and get visiting right for u if u want to.

Check with county department that he lived in. They should be able to. Alot of states don't have grandparent rights, but if you can prove that he was a drug deler and not a supposed reformed one. You may be able to get custody of them.

he will only give us his area dont even know which county but he is letting us get kids for the weekend

It's really not that hard to find people through public records especially if you only need a general area like the county he lives in

so the boys seem to be adjusting however my oldest grandson wants to come back and stay with me ,i miss him and would like him to come back but i think it is only because he misses the internet
