FC Click to Earn on Toolbar

I cant seem to find the information I am looking for.  But it seems like I do not recieve any credit for using the Click to Earn button on the toolbar for online purchases, nor does it seem like I get credit thru the Mall.  Does my shopping user name (Amazon/Newegg/Target/Walmart/whatever) have to be the same as my FC user name to get credit for shopping?

If you have the fc toolbar installed.Most of the time you just go to the website you want to puchase from. MOst of the time you will see a green banner telling yo how much cash back you will receive for purchases.
I have never received cash back from amazon.
Cashback credit to your fc account varies from site to site.
Some sites pay  FC know when the order is processed others  when the order is shipped.
I would use the toolbar for information on sites percentage, what tpyes of purchases etc
As ststed above I would go directly yo the site you want look for the banner that says you can earn cashback from FC and proceed with your order

I have tried both ways, and yet to get credit for either...and gotten no credit with either.  I first tried my Straight Talk phone refills by going thru the FC Mall, and I've tried Newegg going thru the toolbar method, neither of which have credited for me and it has been several months.  The only thing I can think of is that my user names between the various websites is different

If you cant figure out, you might want to just send a support ticket.

I Downloaded The Toolbar And Search Daily. That's About $1.50 A Month Added To My Total
