Can you live without the internet?

it's funny because I was thinking about this just yesterday, I can use my computer without the internet just incase I have to cut my bills down, then I'll just use the computer without the internet and will have to get use to it. it can be done

I can live without the internet, but I will miss it very much. I do not want to live without it.

I could survive i mean live,but wouldn't want to.I always tell my kids we had no cell phones and when we wanted to talk to someone we went home and called them wasn't that amazing.I would like to have free internet someone get on that.

Certainly! I go 'internet free' for days at a time which includes leaving my cell phone turned off. Never miss a thing and I feel sorry for those that are so dependent on 'staying in touch' to the point that they don't have a real life of their own. Sadly we are seeing an entire generation that are deprived of basic human interactions, skills that are extremely hard to learn once they are out of childhood.

Think about it folks, there WILL come a time when the internet will be completely shut down. Massive solar activity, or the electric grid crashing, or some form of 'cyber warfare' taking place are just a few of the things that could bring down the 'net'. At some time you will be without your precious facething and twits...

There are some people on this planet that do not use the internet, or cell phones!
My Mom is one of those people! Granted she is in her 70's!
I have lived without the internet, but now that I'm a stay at home mom I
need the internet to make a little extra money. So for me it is a must have for now.
I could not live without my family however.

nope !!!!  its how I keep up with friends and family that live out of town or out of the country     I would go crazy with out it !!

No, I don't think that I can... because I can find anything I want in an instance. And it helps me keep in touch with people that are close to me

If it were to go away we would adjust and find something else to do, I love it and don't wanna see it go...but if it were to go, I do wanna keep on living....

Yes, I lived without the internet before it was even created, so I'll survive.

i know i personally couldnt as it is the only way that i personally make money being a stay at home mom.  of course i use it for other things as well but the number one reason is to earn income.
