It's harder to be a vegan by far.  I tried it for a time & it was not a livable, doable situation.  If you want to think about food 24/7 & cook from scratch & not wear leather or use any animal products in your life then being a vegan is for you.      At least being a vegetarian, you can still eat tons of fast food & go to restaurants & have options to order.    It way harder to do that as a vegan.

I know or think I know one doesn't eat meat and one doesn't eat anything that comes from an animal so eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt and all that is out.  I can live without meat.  I can't live without milk and cheese. lol

Vegan by far is harder.  A vegetarian doesn't eat meat and some don't eat fish, but it's much harder to be a vegan.

You if your a vegetarian or a vegan it's your chose, so I don't think it would be hard for neither. You get used to that life.

I am a vegetarian and nothing bothers me.  I do not eat meat, drink milk, or eat cheese and I am very healthy.

I have never really tried the experience of vegetarianism or veganism.  My understanding is that vegetarians do eat some forms of meat, while vegans eat vegetables all the time.  I am a meat eater, so the idea of vegetarianism or veganism does not apply to me.  My hubby is such a meat eater that, when I have cooked meat in my vegetables, I still have to cook another kind of meat.  I don't understand the practice anyway, but good luck to those who prefer that lifestyle.   :rainbow:

Fish is meat.   If you are a vegetarian, you don't eat any animals including fish.
You can be a lacto-vegetarian where you eat dairy, but not eggs.
Or an ovo-vegetarian where you eat eggs, but not dairy.

If you eat fish, you are not a vegetarian at all.

Any thing to stay away from meats! No beef, no chicken, no lamb, no goat...leave these and other animals live!
