I am allergic to grasses and trees blooming in the springtime (have hayfever). I feel very fortunate that this is the only allergy I have. I feel very sorry for young kids who are allergic to peanuts and such and who have to watch every single thing they eat to make sure what they are allergic to isn't in their food.

Sulfa drugs (hives), flu shot (hives), mumps vaccine (meningitis), smoke from burning leaves (asthma and sinusitis). I was allergic to dust when I was a child and my mother had to wet mop daily, and she also had to take away all my stuffed animals. :(

Penicilln is the worst, and then sulfa drugs.  All grass and tree pollen. Mold off the trees. Strawberries, kiwi. I can eat a small slice of watermelon before throat gets itchy. Peel and cook all fruit except apples and pears. It sucks. I think strawberries smell so good, and have been told they taste good too.

I really don't experience respiratory allergies but when I consume wheat I experience a digestive system allergy.

There's a product called Quercetin that you can get from the Health Shop that is designed to help with allergies.  You can also considered taking a mega dose of Vitamin C with Bioflavanoids.

Have a great day!

Pollen, ragweed and cats. There was a type of fast pain relief for sore muscles, I can't recall the name, but it was a lotion. It said to generously apply and rub it in. I didn't generously apply it and I'm glad I didn't. My shoulder and upper arm felt like it had been set on fire and looked like it had been sunburned.  I don't know if that was an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients or not.

The burning stopped when I washed my arm.
