what is your favorite stir fried food

I love sea food  of all kinds.Especially with shrimp in a it.  Mongolian is a good way to get the stirfry that you would like. Because you pick up the ingredients that goes in your stirfry at Mongolia. That you put in it.

I do like stir fried chicken with carrots, mushroom, celery, and Lo-mein noodles. Sometimes I use beef with broccoli. with Steam rice. I don't know why but I prefer the steam rice over fried rice.

Vegetables! I love those mini corns mushrooms water chestnuts pea pods etc with noodles. Delicious.
