problem with rodio loyalty

evrytime i put the catcha phase in and hit submit  nothing happens it just stays on the screen like it is frozen. after a few minutes i close the screen and start again. and so far have not received for any of them.
Is this happening to anyone else today?

Yea having the same problem even cleared my cookies, log off computer nothing works actually started sometime late last night

I've been encountering the same problem with the captchas. It's not a browser issue because the thing happens with IE, Chrome, Opera, or Firefox. It's not an FC site issue either because the captchas work fine with daily email and paid to click. The problem most likely is with radio loyalty. I hope they fix it soon.

Same problem here, since this morning.  The captcha code will not submit.  The submit  area stays gray instead of black and it is frozen.

I have the same problem, what a bummer, looks like I won't make much today, on the positive side, now I will go work in my garden uninterrupted...hahaha

I have the same problem; started late last night.
 
Used the ? link on the captcha box to report the problem to Solve Media.

If they get enough queries from us, they may be quicker to solve the problem.

I also refreshed and cleared my cookies/temps to see if it made a difference -- no luck.

I also submitted ticket to Support on FC with the hope that they can work some magic with Solve Media and Radio Loyalty to solve the problem quickly.

I didn't have any problem getting the captcha to work with the daily email so I think the problem is with the Radio Loyalty connection.

Noticed that if I let the captcha just sit there, in 3-4 minutes it disappears, and then comes back with another captcha with a grey background SUBMIT link -- that also doesn't seem to work.

I have been having this same problem since last night. It just keeps refreshing a lot but nothing else happens. I put in captcha and nothing happens. I am sure FC will get this fixed for us.

It happens often. So I don't bother with it. sometimes changing to your lap top and a different browser helps. IE is the worst browser for FC.

I am having the same problem when i hit submit it doesnt do anything and no credits,I am finding as well Radio loyalty is more complicated with the captchas

Yes this has been happening to me all day. Finally gave up.
