No thank goodness.  I feel for you if you do because that would be totally annoying I am sure.  The worse I ever lived by was railroad tracks but got used to the sound of the trains and it really didn't bother me.  Now I live out in the country so its pretty quiet except for trucks flying down our road.  I am close to a very small airport so do hear the occasional helicopter or small airplane flying over but it isn't too bad.

We used to live close to the train tracks, and after some time, you get used to the noise, and it does not bother you that much.

My closest airport is about 1 1/2 hours away so the noise from it doesn't affect me, but a lot of the planes coming into it fly right over my house. I am used to the noise now, but noticed it when I first moved here. A train station is about 1 mile away, but I enjoy the sound of the train for some reason.

I'm relatively near an airport to the point of periodically hearing planes overhead.  I'm also pretty close to a bus depot where I periodically hear the bus stopping by, but usually I only notice when I'm concentrating on a television show.

I live close to a set of tracks and I'm right over a fly zone after awhile you get use to it, but I'm actually moving soon so I'm probably going to miss the noise somewhat puts me to sleep when I have the windows open.

I live in a small town surrounded by other small towns...and the train tracks run through each of them. The tracks start off a mile or two away then come in real close when they reach  my town.  Late at night I can hear the lonesome whistle and the chugging along the tracks...I love the sound.

Do you live near a major airport, or a major public transportation terminal? If you do, how do you cope with the noise?
I live in the same state as the grand canyon

We don't live close enough to any kind of transportation to have to cope with noise. The closest transportation is about a half hour away.

I, also, live near the train tracks and the river.  I can hear the barge traffic and the trains, but it is something that I have grown up with, so I guess at this point I just don't really notice it at all.  As a matter of fact, sometimes in the summer I do enjoy just sitting on the riverbank and watching the river traffic.

I grew up near a train track in a small town and I got so used to hearing the train that I almost didn't hear it anymore. Now, I live near the top of a mountain and rarely even hear a car pass by but there is a roaring creek nearby that I can hear.

I've never had that problem fortunately.  I feel for anyone who has that kind of noise all the time.  I think it would give me headaches :'(
