American Dreamcard info??

Has anyone tried the American Dreamcard offer?  I can't find if it has an annual fee anywhere.  Also, I see that the bank involved is HSBC- if I have another card from this bank, does this mean that I can't do the offer?

I have written the fine print in terms and conditions.  Don't sign up unless you want $99 charged to your account.  Most credit cards have processing fees when you sign up.

Hmm, I have 4 credit cards and none of them had processing fees to sign up!
