Survey Errors

I have tried many surveys today and every time I click on one I keep getting some error page. It says something like "Enable Assembly Binding Log Viewer, Assembly binding is turned off." I have never seen an error message like this before. I have tried to google this, scan my computer numerously and still cannot get it to go away. I am hoping this is just some technical error with the site and not my computer, Has anyone else seen this message or know what I am talking about? I am so worried something is going on with my new computer.

I was having problems with anything that routed through Samplicious. Some displayed that instantly so I wasn't able to complete them but I was actually able to finish on then got that error at the end
