Data Entry/Typist

I thought I signed up to fill out forms and do data entry/typist.  I didn't sign up to take a bunch of surveys.  Now what? Are there any opportunities to do such work?

It's a matter of definition.  You think of data entry and typing as putting other people's information into some database.

Survey's are the same thing, except they are asking you to put your information/opinion into their database.  May not be what you expected, but it's still data entry, typing.

I don't think they ever advertised this as data entry but there are a bunch of tasks that are similar to data entry.

FC used to have a data entry typed task, but don't know what happened to it. No idea where you heard that was what you do on FC though...

I actually ended up here after following a link that said I could do data entry work.  Well, I guess if you count filling in forms 'data entry,' then it makes sense, but it's not an actual job.  This is just extra cash that is really awesome!

I'm puzzled by this statement!!! Not to be rude, However, did you not look into this site before you signed up?
I signed up last year and I knew this was not a data entry/typist full time job! This is, however, the best survey
site out there, where you can make some extra cash.

FC promo's don't make those statements, but I've seen many splash pages touting "data entry" that then put me on the FC site.    Since I know FC, I thought the splash page was a bit misleading.

On the Tasks page, there may be some data entry type questions.  There's used to be a business card data-entry type task. But that hasn't been on for awhile.

Some of these advertisements banners aren't exactly truthful like the one that says you can make hundreds of dollars in hours.

The only way to make hundreds of dollars is to have many , many years of schooling or a great idea that no one else has.
