Hmm in its regular form its quite tasteless. But ive mixed it in with salads cut up in cubes. I've also used chili and taco packages mixed with water made like a marinade & let it soak in the fridge over night. It works quite well because tofu takes on the flavor your using.. As for actual cooking it goes well in chili for me

Tried it once and it grossed me out. Too chewy and just the consistency was soo weird.

Sounds harmless enough but It just does not look appealing. I don't know why since I eat blue cheese. Maybe its because people say it can be a substitute for meats and it doesn't look anything like what meat should. Type in Tofu on Google and it can be cooked and used in a lot of different ways.  :D

Very funny! Why buy it if you don't like it?

I used to turn my nose up to tofu...but the bottom line i dont' think it has really has a taste.  I think its more the consistency and then the fear that the food will be too healthy....i know too healthy...rideculous.  But as ive grown older i like some dishes with it in them.  so i don't cook with tofu...but i certainly dont turn my nose up at it anymore.  Hope you have a nice day.

I don't buy it, would not have it my house. I was served it twice at other peoples 'dinners' and have never been more disappointed with any food than this hyped 'nothing'. Don't care is others eat it, but like I said, if I were to be forced to cook it, it would go directly to the garbage.

I do not cook it at all. I have only eaten it a couple of times in my life.

I have tried it several times and some was ok, but Hubby refused to even taste it. Hi mother fixed some a long time ago and ever since he will not eat it, so no sense even buying it.
