i usually elevate  my legs when they ache and take ibuprofen 800mg and just rest a bit --i have reckless leg and this is some serious pain--but i can usually ease it some by just putting them up

I've been having awful leg cramp lately, but I've been taking magnesium and potassium and they've been gone. Helps my back pain, too.

Rest and sleep to let the muscle heal.

Nothing but rest... 1-2 days after a hard workout usually heals up muscle ache for me... Other then tht, you could put a hot/cold pack on your muscle to promote healing

Hot tub or jacuzzi. Lots of water jets!

I guess it depends on what is causing the muscle aches.  Sometimes hot compress, sometimes cold.  Sometimes massage.  If they are more muscle spasms, perhaps magnesium and/or potassium supplements could help (try eating banans and raisins and see if you get some relief, if so, try the supplements).  Perhaps stretching, sometime light exercise to keep the muscles working and loose (not heavy exercise).

I like to use arnica seems to work really well. Arnica comes in a cream or small pills you dissolve under your tongue. Also started using Turmeric  I like it when I remember to take it.. Epson salt hot baths are good too. The best is massage therapy but I cant afford right now.

I think a good long hot soak in the tub does wonders for me!   Try it sometime for muscle aches!

I make sure I'm drinking enough water and getting my minerals.  Blackstrap molasses is a great source of minerals.

Have a great day!

The best remedy I have found is not to rest more but to be more active.  That seems to make my muscles remember what I need them for - no sleeping on the job!!!

For me, the worst thing about muscle aches is not always the ache itself, it's that I slightly adjust my posture to accommodate my pain and then I find I get new aches and pains. I have to deliberately stop myself adjusting my posture because it just gives me additional pains. The best thing I think is to have a hot bath because you don't need any posture for that!
