How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

My standard is usually 6 hours .. but i wake up through the night ... animals are a wonderful thing .. the dog is on my night shift schedule and usually wants to go out between 2 and 3 am even when I am not working

About 7 I think but I don't remember the exact moment I went to sleep or woke up. I consistently get about 6 or 7 hours of sleep each night.

I went to bed at a quarter till 11 last night and got up this morning at 8:30 am.  That is a total of 8 hours 45 minutes.  I try to catch up on sleep on Saturday because I get up early 6 days in the week (I wake up at 5:30 am to get my grandson up for school at 6 am Monday through Friday and I get up at a quarter until 7 am to get ready for church on Sunday).

So last night was awful. Was nauseated, couldnt get comfortable, and heard every noise within 15 miles... slept off and on for a few hours.

For starters i did not even go to bed until after midnight woke up several times dduring the night then woke up at 745am

I slept about 8 hours, that is the usual amount of sleep I get every night

I think I slept close to 8 hours last night.  I didn't wake up as much as I usually do so that was a good thing.  Usually I sleep close to 9 hours.

Alot...probably over 8 hours and the night before.  I've been working hard...house work, yard work and i've slept great the last couple nights.  Usually i don't get 8 hours.  I usually sleep a couple hours here and there.  Hope everyone gets a good nights sleep tonight.

Last night it was 9 hours, but that's because I had a two-day rummage sale and I was wiped out from setting up and taking down.  Made some decent money, though, and got rid of things I never use.  Normally I get 7 or so.

I don't remember exactly when I fell asleep, but it's close to 9-10 hours.  I'm not sure why I'm sleeping so much recently but it's really a pain cause it keeps eating away at my day.  My work shift is a midnight to 8AM shift and then I go to sleep after that, so when I wake up at 8-9PM, I end up losing a huge chunk of my day.
