How many shirt are to many for a woman to have?

We are moving and I must admit I am a bit of a clothes horse, but not that bad. My husband complains I have to many clothes. How many shirt do you consider being to many for a WOMAN. I know men usually have less clothes but most women have a nice variety or at less I think they do. lol

If you have more than you wear in one year, those you could leave behind.

It makes no difference how many you have if you can afford them and have a place to keep them.

This is a great question.  When I moved I gave away all the clothes I did not wear in the last 2 years.  This may help.  But women need  casual, sport, dress, holiday etc.   Good luck with this chore.

With the exception of clothing reserved for special occasions, if you haven't worn it in I say two years, give it away. Easier said than done though. Maybe I should follow my own advice. I have a weird attachment to all my clothes. And sometimes I go through style phases and something I wasn't into a year ago, will suddenly be my favorite piece haha.

I am not a clothes horse anymore, but when I was working it was a different story. Now have learned if you can't wear, won't wear it or even like it get rid of it. I donate all my clothes to the ministry Hope and there are always  people needing nice but slightly use clothes.

I'm a bit of a clotheshorse also but I do the yearly thing  but I donate mine to local Animal Shelters that have thirt shops to raise money for the fur babies  place like that all monies gots to the furbabies

I think it will be never enough for us. I do shop sometime in the week and always bought some new clothes home all the time.

I don't think only women can have too many shirts, but I think it's too many if you don't wear them. Clothes that you no longer like or wear should be donated, or sold I suppose, so that someone else can enjoy them!

Women are known to have a lot of clothes.  I believe 30 shirts are too many to have, and if you have more than 30, you need to get rid of some of them.

You can never have to many shirts, you need one for every occasion. This is just a silly question look fashionable it makes you feel better on bad days!

That's hard to say, each person is different.  I do have to admit that it is a sin to have as many clothes as I do!  I have so many that I don't have enough space to store them!  Heaven forbid I get rid of any!  I may need/want them in the future!!

If you have so many shirts they don't fit in your dresser/closet - then you have too many. 

I typically have 2 "sets" of clothes - winter and summer.  In the Spring and Fall I change my wardrobe over.  Any clothes that stay packed in the boxes for a couple years I take out and donate - obviously I have no intention of wearing them again, so it's time to get rid of them.

I have gotten rid of a lot of my clothing over the last few years. There are some things I was holding on to because "maybe I will wear someday" - if it's been longer than 6 months to a year (to allow for all seasons), get rid of it. I donate mine.

lol there is no such thing. I have to many and always buy more aswell.
