sms phone verification

I use the sms phone verification method to get it verified before I can cashout, but I don't know where to put the verification code.  I look everywhere on the website, where is it exactly to input the code. I thought it would be after they send you the verification code then the website would lead you to a new page afterwards telling you to enter the code in, but it doesn't seem that way for me. So my question is, "Where" exactly do I enter the verification code on the website. Please help me fellow members.
