I was a really unhealthy eater and would only eat junk food instead of actual meals and never directly drank water- only soda and juice, etc. I noticed myself losing weight as soon as I started drinking water and only water ( in addition to food not as a replacement of food but as a replacement of soda and juice) . When I need something sweet to drink, I drink sweetened tea. I started using this app called myfitnesspal. using your current weight, activity level, and the weight you want to achieve it gives you a personalized calorie count. I feel it's easier to lose weight if I keep track of my exercise routine and everything I eat. I don't focus so much on the calories but whether the food is healthy or not based on the amount of vitamin and potassium each serving has which the app also tells you.

The only way to lose weight is to create a calorie deficit, that is eat less calories than you burn each day, so that you burn more fat.

I never have an issue to loss weight... I have a weird metabolism that skims me down, even thought I don't exercise in the past... I think my eating habit cause it... I don't eat breakfast but I generally eat more in lunch and dinner time... I might also eat a light/heavy snack at night... Although I am skinny now, I could get F'ed

I have always found that balancing a healthy diet with a decent amount of exercise is the best route. I started on my health kick back in April and have lost twenty five pounds in addition to muscle weight that I have gained.  I work out with weights for fifty minutes on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.  On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do thirty minutes of cardiovascular workout per day. On those workout days I eat six meals comprised of a palm sized portion of protein and a palm sized portion of carbohydrates.  This system is detailed in Bill Phillips Body for Life book and it takes about twelve weeks to make a physical transformation.

I tried raspberry ketones, they didn't seem to work for me.  I did try & still use Green Coffee Extract, which is supposed to have similar properties, that seems to work quite well in my health & fitness program.

Well 5 years ago I weighted 210 pounds. So I put myself on a diet and decided to do what I did when I was in my thirties and did my housework to music and dance while I was doing them except for laundry since I have my washer and dryer in the cellar so the stairs are a great exercise. I also don't eat beef I just eat chicken and seafood. I always bake my meals in the oven and I wasn't the only one losing weight my hubby also has been losing but not as much as me because he still eats beef. Also I don't eat macaroni and potatoes except for every other day and the days I don't I just eat green beans with my chicken or fish. Well now I weight 169 pounds and since I am retired I am glad because I don't have to take medications for anything but hubby is still taking medications. I hope this helps anyone wanting to lose weight.

I just watch my calorie, carb and sugar intake. 1200 cals, 100 carbs, and 15g sugar a day.

I usually drop one meal per day, usually lunch, and just substitute something very low in calories for it, like a piece of fruit and a lowfat yoghurt, and try to exercise for at least an hour three times a week. If I stick to that program and don't eat anything at all in between meals (drink bottled water whenever I have cravings instead of a snack), I usually lose about 2-3 pounds a week.

Weight loss is simple, cut the carbs and go cheap.
Only money, no friends!!!
