for me, losing weights was a big problem because I never watch what I eat. I never thought of calories consumption until I spoke with my doctor about the weight issue. Now I exercise almost daily and eat less amount of food. I also eat a lot of fruits which help me with the weight loss process. Most importantly, I give up on soda. I replace soda with simple water.

I joined the gym about a month ago and am trying to get into the habit of going a few times a week, once with a trainer. I am falling short on eating healthy though. Some days it's easier than others though, some days I just fall completely off the ball! I'm still trying though

Watch your diet...No junk food allowed. Drink lots of water. Exercise. Walk and walk wearing good shoes.

In the past, when I was trying to lose weight for a wedding, etc., I cut out practically all alcohol for awhile, which really helped.  I mostly drink red wine, but usually have 2-3 glasses when I do, and of course while drinking, I tend to snack, so cutting this down or out does cause me to lose weight.  Of course if I go back to my old ways eventually, then the weight creeps back up.

I drunk a lot of water and combine daily green tea weight loss pills and exercised when I could. I lost weight. Stopped and gain it back lol.  Not funny though. I am currently trying to lose 20- 25 pounds. Wish me luck!  :highfive: I'm already down 5 pounds.
