Why My Balance Twice Deducting?
« on: June 01, 2014, 02:27:53 pm »
Now this is my second time my account balance is deducting in just 1 1/2 week. I almost reach 30 and it deducted and it down to 25 and I earned it up again. My april bonus added and pushed to 28. Todays I added couple cents to it which total up 28.19 and suddenly when I came back to my member area it down to 27.72. What da heck is this?

Your earnings will expire after 180 days if you don't cash out.

Check your account page and scroll down to the bottom of your list.  If you have items that are within 30 days of expiring (ie they were credited to your account 150 or more days ago), there will be a notice that they will expire in x number of days.

You can protect these "close to expiry" items by cashing out now.  All items will go into a pending cash out status and even though you will not receive your cash out until July 20th, they will not expire while you are waiting for your cash out.  If any of the credits are reversed by the advertiser, however, those credits will be reversed and if it drops you below the 25/15 limit, your cash out will be denied and all remaining credits will go back into your account -- and then be subject to the 180 day rule.

If you don't have any credits that are within 150  days of expiry, check your credits to see which items have been reversed.  Many members have had survey credits reversed by the survey company.

If it's not expiring credits, you might want to check your offers and referrals to see if some were denied. That could be why your balance is decreasing.

credits expire after 6 months.  By just cashing out every 6 months, you can fix that.  As far as credits  that are later denied , I don't really know what you could do except submit a ticket to FC.   I did this once and got the credits back.  My brother , who is my referral ,  had a pending  cash out (he had just over $25)    A credited $3 survey was denied  and the pending cash out was returned to his account. He didnt cashout that month.

Either Your Credits Expired After 180 Days Or One Of Your Survey Payments May Have Been Revoked.

If you look on the credit list on the My Account page, there is a status column all the way to the right. There it should say if the credit was denied or expired.

If denied, I suggest checking your email to see if you received a note about why the credit was denied. If no email, try looking on these forums to see if other members had the same credit reversed first. If none of those options are viable, submit a support ticket requesting the reason.
