Why is fusion not allowing my to cash out?
« on: June 07, 2014, 10:14:59 am »
Ok. My balance is already at $29.81 and I know that cashing out around 20th every month.

But my thing is couldn't I request cash out before 20th on any day?

I tried to request cash out but they said that I have to have $15 from offers and the rest from bonuses!
Even though my balance is over $25?
In my balance is $10 from my offers and $18+ from my bonuses. Isn't that enough to cash out?
Can any one give a comment? I came this morning and tried to make it my balance to reach $28 so I request cash out. I watched couples videos and made it to $28 and right after my account showed $28
fusion deduct 44cent right infront of my face and totally pissed me off. I sent them camplaint open ticket. So I came back to account and made a paid call and earned $2 and made my balance jumped up to $29.81 and right after that I pressed cashed out but they did not let me. Any one  :'( :'( :'( :o :o >:( >:(

In order to cash out you have to reach at least to $15. If your balance is $10 from your offers then you will need to earn $5 before end of the month.  Forum and picture bonus don't count to the offers it count toward your bonuses. They should send you a email why the offer denied.

Basically Their are only two requirements to cash out.. YOu have to have your balance at least $25 but $15 has to be from offer completion.. Basically saying you have to work for what you earn.. You also have to remember that you can cash out anyday of a given calender month.. but you can only cashout once.... Meaning you will not be able to cashout twice.. You can however cash out on the last day if you wish.. and be more towards a higher cashout... Bonuse's don't really count because that's free money.. :p If you feel you are not being able to cashout is a mistake you can always put in a support ticket! The admin will help you

You need to earn another $5.00 in offers. This could be PTC, surveys, tasks, offers, etc. Most of your money is from bonuses, which count toward the $25.00 minimum cashout requirement, but not toward the $15.00 in offers requirement.

The site doesn't want you getting paid without actually earning most of the money versus getting free money. You could actually earn $25 in mostly bonuses which wouldn't be allow the site to make money

You must have at least $15 from offers. Even if you had $100 in your account, you have to have at least $15 from offers. That's just how it works.

You named the issue right in your own post. I can't believe you didn't see that yourself.
