I just made my first cashout yesterday, June 30th, and FC told me right away my pay day is July 20th. So I think cashing out the last day of the month will be best date for no waiting too long.

Lots of members like to cash out on the last day of the month for that very reason. Others like to cash out as soon as they meet the minimum requirement, so it's just a matter of preference. Just so you know, if you wait until the very last day and experience any problems, it may hinder you being able to cash out. I had that happen a few months back when the site was down for a few hours and I couldn't get logged back in when it was back up. Luckily I was able to get a hold of Admin on Twitter and they had to manually cash me out for that month. So, all that being said, you might want to consider cashing out the day before the end of the month.

you cannot cash out on only referrals.  you have to do at least 15 dollars of work yourself.  the first month is one of the hardest i think because i dont have the goal of getting your money on the 21st but as long as you check in everyday you should have enough to cash out each month so its like you are being paid every month.
