How do you like your eggs made for breakfast?

I like my eggs over easy with the yolk running out. My hubby likes them many ways but most of the time he wants an omelet or scrambled. How do you like yours?

I like my eggs poached medium and put on rye toast. I also like an egg mixed with cheese and veggies and fried up. That is always delicious!!

The only way I will eat my eggs is scrambled and then after they are scrambled I add a little bit more salt..I know I shouldn't

I like eggs in an omelet filled with lots of cheese, mushrooms and onions with bacon, toast and coffee on the side. Yummy!

I like scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes plus scallions. With bread and hot chocolate  in the morning.

 I like my eggs over easy, so I can take my toast and dip it in the egg yolk and a cup of coffee with it is just perfect. Don't forget that bacon too.

I always break my yolk.I don't like it runny. I never aquired the taste for the liquid taste. Even poached eggs taste yucky to me.

I like mine with a liquid yolk with the white solid.  Hubby likes his scrambled or fried hard.

I just ate fried eggs.   I like them with the yolk still soft.  Unfortunately, I cooked them a little too long this morning & the yolk were hard, but oh well, still good.

My ultimate favorite is poached on a piece of toasted good sourdough.   Just lovely

Occassionally I will have eggs for breakfast but normally I like it as a brunch or late night snack.

I like them prepared by someone else.....HAHAHAHA      I like them over easy, with toast or hash brown to dip in the yolk.   I will eat them prepared almost any way.

I usually eat a boiled egg for breakfast because I am always in a hurry and can fix several ahead of time.  If you want a really easy way to boil eggs, get the little microwavable plastic egg-shaped cooker that does 4 at a time.  So easy-- just use tap water (I do not fill all the way to the fill line so it won't boil over) in the bottom section, stick in 4 eggs, place the top section on & heat in the microwave... I time mine for 7 minutes.  Let them set until cool enough to peel.  The shell comes off so easily.  Next time I order from Amazon, I am going to get some for gifts and another one for myself so that while the first 4 are cooling, I can cook 4 more when needed.  When you store the peeled eggs in the fridge, line your container with paper towels to absorb moisture that the eggs produce when cooled.
