There are three possible status conditions. Approved just means you successfully completed the offer, Pending Cashout means it was included in your latest cashout request and Cashed Out means they paid you.

We know you mean the month of May. The confusing part is that we don't know what you are talking about. Are you talking about the forum bonus? Payment picture bonus? An offer? A cashout? If you're more specific then people can give you a better answer.
