Fusion cash 5 minute survey. I did the entire survey. it took me 8 minutes then was told I did not qualify. that is very wrong for fusion to do that to us. I hope you can make this right. FUSION CASH.

This has happened to me before SEVERAL times. It does get me mad, but at least you know you're not the only one it happens to.

I know how you feel but it doesn't bother me when I don't qualify. They always give you 1 credit.  Fusion Cash has certain requirements for the surveys. Not everyone can qualify.  I have successfully earn money from some of these survey. 

I also sign up for other surveys and sometimes I get paid for them.

I completed the entire survey. watching every commercial. filling out every written request. I got the congratulations you finished your survey. Then fusion cash came in and gave me a penny.  what is it you don't understand about my complete explanation. they have done this 3 times and that is 3 times to many. fusion is a place where you can not talk to support. I think this site is getting worse by the day. enjoy

It Happened Last Week To Me. I Did A Survey And Just As I Was Entering My Information At The End, It Had An Error Message And Did Not Get Paid >:(

Hi,

I cannot believe you have been a member so long and have this just happen to you. I have done over 30 surveys, 20 are under FC Surveys. What you describe is the standard for me. If I do any under FC Surveys I get credit for 1 in 10 done. If I fill out surveys under Offers I get credit for all of them. I do NOT get credit for the Daily and Repeatable ones. It just means I am not in the "average" or 'mass' of the population. I am older and care for my elderly mother, so I am not in "The Norm". Advertisers pay for the younger crowd with children who own homes and new vehicles. If I had disease and hospitalization I might be in that old norm they seek. Luckily, I am just fine and I do get checked out. I do wish you the best of luck.

This has happened to me several times recently, it is pretty frustrating. But I think it is the survey companies, not Fusion Cash that has the issue. Fusion Cash only gets paid if they are approved, just the same as us. But I do think that if it becomes a habit for the survey site to get al of our answers and then make it appear that we will be approved and then don't maybe FC just suspend the use of the survey site.

I hear ya, I did a 20 min survey today and when i finished it said that I DQ. I feel with 20 questions I had to give just to begin the survey that it could have DQ'd me when I put them in like most of the surveys do.   :-\  I understand that it's the survey provider and not FC, but I still feel a change should be applied to correct this.

I just completed the Finance and Banking survey -- and after the final page, they said the survey had closed or I had completed the survey before.

Couldn't they have said that up front before I provided them with all their requested information?

I have had it happen with surveys after 20 mins of answering questions and giving info on the subject and just when you would think the survey would be wrapping up suddenly you are "not qualified".  But I don't blame Fusion Cash it is the third party who is running the survey who is cheating both Fusion Cash and us.  I have no doubt in those cases they got plenty of info for their research.  When they question for that long on a topic it is not right because they have the info, how do we know they have really "disqualified" it???
