A dog. I have no place to keep a horse and I really don't know much about them.

I prefer having a dog instead. Horses are very high maintenance and you can't take them anywhere like going vacation.

I have ridden many times, but I will take a dog anytime. Nothing against horses but dogs are "man's best friend"!
