Is it fare for other people to not get a job but other people who dont have the working abilities to work get the job first in other word people with more experience don't  get the job but people with no experience get the job...

Unfortunately, corporate America is a world of sharks.  If a company can hire a rookie for minimum wage and train him or her to work their way, sometimes it is more favorable than someone who has a lifetime of experience and is going to ask for $18 an hour.  The job hunt is hard and disparaging, but I believe that God closes doors for His reasons.  He knows where you are needed.

Life sometimes is not fair. I would say most people in our society still embraced the  "who you know" philosophy instead of "what you know." Don't get discouraged. I am pretty sure blessings will come to your way soon!

no its not fair but very few things in this life are fair--and i see way to many times that employers will also say you are over qualified for a job which is crazy to me --if you need a job and apply --you need a job -period !!
