Which videos are you referring too? HyprMx work and credit fine, Super reward videos are not working for many that I can tell, I have sent a ticket to support asking them to look into it. Peanut lab 2cent video has its bad days, but works most. the others, oreos, holiday inn.ect... they all seem to work fine.

You asked a good question. mnichol. they just aren't working regular. it seems something could be done and I am sure something could be done to make sure they work. it must be the person doing the resetting and how they feel about helping those doing the watching out. I mean we are putting in the time.

 this happen to me either you did watch full lengh or do it the right way sometime they ask question after the viedo
