I try to drink V-8 most days to help get adequate vegetable nutrition.  I know the juice has a lot of sodium, but when you eat on the run, it is difficult to get the recommended servings of vegetables otherwise.

Wow that is hard to answer except I'd say never enough.  Usually one and one or two servings of fruit.  If we have omelets for dinner then we use onions and peppers so that adds a little more but that isn't every day.

I usually eat 3-4 a  day...I'm a real veggie lover, would rather have them than meat.

I love eating veggies, I always bought it on the Asian grocery because they have a variety of green leafy veggies.

My hubby does most of the cooking and mostly meat not too much vegetables. So we dont eat vegetables every day...although we should.

It is so easy to eat the 3-5 serving everyday in the supper when everything is fresh.
