Last month my RL account got banned on this site and one of my other sites as well for no apparent reason. I do recall the day before each account got banned, there was strange things going on with the site - adds were frame breaking, the captcha verification was showing up at random times, server wasn't streaming any music on any channel, things like that. As I wasn't doing anything wrong, I assumed the issues were a glitch with the site.
I used the form presented to request my account be reinstated. I was pleasant and explained that as far as I knew there was no reason for my account to be banned (as I've been using the service for years with no issues). I asked for the ban to be lifted.
After I didn't get a response after a week, then I started posting my request to be reinstated daily - and I frankly stated that I waited a week with no reply, and that I intended to continue to request my account be reactivated daily until I heard back from someone. A few days later, I received an email from someone named Carter Toni (email is ctoni (at) streamtrackmedia (dot) com ).
The email was a canned email telling you to take the following steps:
1. Run adware/virus software to ensure there are no computer viruses that may be causing issues
2. Ensure you only use one instance of RadioLoyalty at a time (you cannot have more than one window open)
3. When you launch the player, let it fully load before switching tabs or performing tasks.
First, ensure all 3 of the above are in order (particularly #1). If you believe you've followed everything in the above list, try using the contact form daily to ask for your account to be reactivated. Then look for an email for the above noted person.
You may want to check your spam to see if perhaps they did reply and it landed in your spam folder by mistake.
When you get the email, the email indicates if you've done the above 3 items (which you should know by then), to reply back to the email again requesting your account be re-opened.
After I replied to that email, it took about another week for my account to be reactivated.
