It means you did something which you were awarded .01 for.  However, now for some reason you are denied the .01. You will not earn this .01

Might have been for a video that you were credited for twice in error.  You can always contact fc for an explanation.

What was the line item it was next to? It will tell you exactly what offer you were denied for.
