we eat of a lot of salad and seafood and don't fry our foods we ether broil bake or steam our foods i gave up eating red meat and lost 30 lbs and i feel better about my weight now

Dear Aggie,
That is terrific.  I eat a lot of salads, fish, chicken, fruit and vegetables.  I don't eat much meat.  We don't eat fried foods either.

We try to eat lots of fruits and veggies.  My husband loves meat, so we keep some red meat in our diet but try to eat more fish and chicken.

I eat fried food once a week every once in a while... and for the rest of the week I eat more salads, fruits and vegetables. I also like my foods bake as well.

I wish that I could get myself together to  focus on looking weight. I love food and there are so many restaurants around me. I have to gt better.

This is definitely something that needs work!!  :-[ I keep making vows to eat fruit, I buy it, it goes bad and I have to throw it out back for the wild critters to munch on at night. I'm stuck in a routine of eating a lot of bread and cookies and drinking too much iced tea and I just haven't been able to snap out of it yet!! Someday my diet will consist more of veggies and fruit and less processed junk..... :star: :clover: :rainbow: :)

I am trying so hard to lose weight and eat healthier. I would like to lose at least 50 pounds and I would be happy. I know I need to stop eating out so much. That is my biggest problem I think.

Aggie, it is great that you lost 30#! Summer is the best time to eat fresh salads.
