not paid when told I will be paid
« on: July 28, 2014, 05:48:01 pm »
I have used FC surveys and in the beginning they did not qualified me but gave me alternate survey and I passed that and at the end it says that I completed successfully and will receive reward. I have not received any reward. Are they trying to steal from me? What is going on? Can you take a deep look inside and let me know.

I don't know why you would not get credit.  I wonder if there is a problem with your account...maybe someone who has been around longer will know the answer.

It sometimes takes them a little while to verify that alternative surveys have been completed.  I have had them take a few days, but have heard of them taking up to a few weeks to credit in extraordinary circumstances.

It is a real mystery and frustration when you are told that you will be credited for taking a survey, and the money never shows up.  Like the others said, it may just take a few days before it appears in your account, but if it doesn't, don't let one bad survey experience ruin you for the rest of them.  There will always be glitches here and there, but so many more of the surveys will credit successfully.  Don't give up!

some times it takes awhile for the reward to show up if after a couple of days have still not received payment for the reward then file a ticket so that fusion cash can look into the matter for you.

Likely there was just a delay in getting credited. Surveys don't always credit instantly but usually do eventually as long as you get the "completion" notice. You haven't followed up since July. Did you get paid ?

I have that happen to me too sometimes. I feel like some of the surveys I don't get paid for.

It is frustrating when that happens.  Unfortunately it does occur from time to time.  What you may want to do next time you attempt a survey is to first make a copy of the survey ID number.  That way if there is an issue, you can send a support ticket right to the survey company along with the ID number.  This will make it much easier for them to track your survey and hopefully resolve the problem.
