Blank videos

Here we go again. I counted 23 videos on my FC video tab. How many could I do? TWO (2). One wasn't available for my area, age restriction for 2, and the rest are just blank screens - all superrewards videos that I have never been able to view.        

 My cache, history, and cookies were all wiped clean so that's not the problem. I have not been able to view superrewards videos since they started popping up on FC.   

What a waste of time and space!

By the way, I've also tried a different browser and that didn't work either.

I was pretty happy the last couple of days with so many videos.

However,  today, a lot of them just did not load.

I am sure the administration is aware of it.

Same problem here. There were some videos that had just a blank screen. As a result, I did not get credit for them.

I've had this issue a few times this month more the most. Kinda hurts in the pocket when you think you've done so much to find out you haven't

They weren't out of videos. It's a white box. All those "white box" videos are superrewards. I was denied on other because of my age or gender. Whoopee! You either lie or don't don't them. I don't do them, but still.  I get NO answer from support on what's happening with the superrewards videos (I used both IE and Chrome to try them). It's like support leaves everyone on their own anymore.

Now, today, I counted another 23 videos. How many did I qualify for? How about 2.

I don't qualify for surveys (maybe 1 in 2 months) and now I can't do videos...I have no badges to do many tasks, and I don't have a CC to buy anything.

So, what's left? I'm getting very frustrated with FC.

I get that too. There is only a black screen and you hit refresh and the same old black screen pops back up. I wander why this happens?

I've had that problem for a while now. I have these 1 cent videos and whenever I click them there's nothing there. Then I have another batch of 1 cent videos that let me watch them but don't credit and then there's the ones I don't qualify for because of age/gender. For videos I pretty much depend on the hyprmx videos. At least I'm able to earn my 5 cents with hyprmx but it's frustrating that I could be earning more but I'm not able to.

I am afraid that they may have decided "too old" is their restriction.

I'm having problems with the FC videos, they don't ever credit for me!

Admin has to realize if we can't do the videos there isn't much left. When I do the surveys all the way to end, they find some lame reason not to credit me.
