National Lasagna Day!

Today is National Lasagna Day!  Lasagna is one of my favorite foods.  Even though I don't make it at home as it takes a lot of time and ingredients, every time I'm at a restaurant that has lasagna on the menu I'll order that over steaks any day.  Anybody else like lasagna?

I love lasagna however I don't make it often because of the amount of ingredients and the fact that I have to bake it. I don't like to bake during the summer because it heats the house up too much.

That sounds like it would be Garfield's favorite day of the year. He loves lasagna all are so much that he would eat it every day of the year if it were available.

One thing I like about this forum is that I learn something almost every time I visit it.I didn't know about National Lasagna Day until I read this post.If I had known,I would have had some today.I don't make my own because I don't know how.When I eat lasagna at home it's usually Stouffer's.

I missed it. I didn't know there was a National Lasagna Day. Not surprising though, there's a day for nearly everything else. Today is National Chili Dog Day.

I love lasagna, Too. But it is too hard to make. Takes too much time to put together. I would rather buy it from a restarant or frozen to reheat. Don't forget the garlic toast. Love Italian!

Yeah my daughter told me about that, the funny thing is that I cooked lasagna without even knowing about it, LOL it was awesome
