i know busy is good im loving being busy just sometime i feel bad because im being so busy with 2 job studies and fitness and i only have a little time for my husband and daughter....

When I have a busy day ahead of me I try not to think about it or else I risk freaking myself out or trying to get out of doing something or just plain putting it off.

I just tackle each task and applaud myself after completing each one.  :)
