Call: Student Loan Help

I called this one today and it didn't matter which number option on the menu it gave, none of them would transfer me to a person. It would say "Sorry we cannot help you at this time" for each time I called and pressed #1, #2, or #3.

Anyone else have this issue?  ???

Hmm...  maybe I should try that one as I'm accumulating student loans while in school...

Maybe you should submit a ticker or advise the administrator in regards to this offer.
