Fusion Cash Ticket Support

I tried to get my cash out for July and I was denied because they said I turned my check over to another person several times.  I have never done that I always deposit it in my checking account.  They told me to sign up for direct deposit and I did and send a ticket in so that I can get my cash out but I have not heard from them, in general how long does it take for Fusion Cash to reply to your support ticket?

Usually they reply within a day or two, but that sounds like a complicated issue so it may take awhile.

On the accounts page, is there a link for you to cash out? What is the status of your account. Maybe they changed it, but just didn't email you?

When did you open the support ticket? If you opened it on Friday, you might have to wait until next week. I usually get a response within a day or two but as the previous member said, this is a really complicated situation and you might have to wait longer while FC researches the problem.

I have my money sent to PayPal and have had no problems. Direct Deposit is also good from what I have read. Because you have changed over to Direct Deposit, it might take some time confirming your bank account, etc.

It usually take them about 2 to 3 days to respond. I think that it has to be working days. I'm sorry to hear about your pay. We all enjoy getting paid when we are supposed too, but at the same time, we have to follow the guidelines. I hope that everything gets worked out quickly for you. Have a blessed day. :monkey:

Fusion Cash is very good at answering tickets.
Since you opened a ticket on a Friday, you
should get an answer next week.

Be very specific when you communicate
wit FC. Explain your problem in detail.

Thank You everyone its been a few days I am not sure how many but if I want my cash out to be paid for the 20th I had to send in a support ticket  other wise I will have to wait until next month and I was counting on that money.
