I just recently read about the importance of moisturizing.  When I was in my 20s my skin was naturally supple.  Now I feel stiff if I don't lotion up after showering and washing my hands.  I use shea butter.  I once remember hearing Tyra Banks say her mother never got wrinkles under the eyes because she puts a dab of petroleum jelly on every night.

A night cream with retinol and a day cream with alpha hydroxy acid is my anti aging routine.

Dove soap is good; a good facial mask will temporary tighten up your skin, one with Alpha Hydroxy Acid preferred.
Oil of Olay has been proven to be just as affective as higher priced moisturers, works great.  Moisturize @ night.

If you are in your 40's & up Progesterone Cream helps the Estrogen fluctuation of peri-menopause, reducing dry skin/wrinkles, etc...

People in todays world overall look so much younger in their 40s/50s/60s then they did in my grandparents era.  My grandmother always looked old.   My mother, now that she is a grandmother, looks really young & fresh.  Take care of yourself in your youth, your older self will appreciate it.  :)

Well when I was younger I exercise my whole body including my face. I recommend to dance for your body exercise and make faces to fix it so you don't have wrinkles and ladies stay away from makeup that will help from getting wrinkles. No one takes me for my age in fact they always think I am about 20 years younger than I am. That in short makes me feel really good. Also I do smoke because that doesn't seem to affect my health. Oh yes I also don't take medicines for anything that has to do with high blood pressure, or sugar. That itself is a savings. Oh yes I don't have wrinkles and I am over 65 years of age. I hope this helps you.

Volume, moisture, elasticity. This is what you need to keep your skin looking youthful. You do this by getting good blood flow, hydrating topically and internally, keep the necessary nutrients in your body.

TOPICAL
Get a good moisturizer that doesn't clog your pores. Cerave is very good. If you prefer a natural oil. Shea butter and almond oil do not clog pores.

Exfoliate regularly and gently.  Proactive and Neutrogena have great exfoliating cleansers.

Hibiscus/sorrel rinses are excellent for strengthening hair and preventing grays!

SUNSCREEN!

Mineral baths. Epsom salt is a good cheap option. Japan has great bath salts you can get on Amazon for cheap too.

I can't personally vouch for this but you may want to look into stem cell products. They're apple stem cells so there's no question of ethics.

INTERNAL
A nutritious diet free of processed foods will do wonders.

WATER WATER WATER. Seriously I can't stress this enough. Most people do not get enough water.

Herbs/supplements I HIGHLY recommend are: adaptogens such as ginseng and maca, vitamin C and MSM (vitamin C helps MSM absorb better) maintains health of connective tissues, milk thistle and selenium help boost collagen. Milk thistle. Did I mention milk thistle? Collagen supplements themselves tend to be poorly absorbed according to studies but some people still swear by them.

TOOLS
Dry brushing with a natural bristle brush.

I have never used it but people swear by clarsonic.

Microneedle roller. It sounds horrifying but it helps thicken the skin over time, delaying wrinkles. Super cheap too.

Sunglasses are so underrated. They really help prevent aging of the eye which is hard to treat even professionally.

TREATMENTS (you can do most of these at home to save money)
Massages for blood flow, lymphatic drainage, plus they just feel good!

Microcurrent completely painless and very effective in tightening loose skin. (Use as often as you want)

red/infared LED also completely painless and effective in tightening loose skin. (Use as often as you want but AVOID THYROID AND EYES!)
yellow LED boosts collagen production.

Chemical peel (monthly or biweekly depending on strength. Avoid altogether if you have sensitive skin,)

Facials. Always a winner.

This might seem like a lot but you don't have to do all of these of course. Just giving you options. Hope this was helpful.

Eat healthy, exercise, and sleep helps.

That's it in a nutshell.  Plus...

Get rid of all the artificial ingredients in your food and replace all the chemicals in your house.

Keep a positive mindset and practice gratitude.

The only way we can stop aging is if they find out how to stop aging period. There is no miracle product that will make us look any younger. The best advice is to eat healthy and exercise.
