I wantted to start off saying i really dont think you guys should change much about ur site its one of the best but i would like to see higher payin offers if possible

You are definitely doing something right because I noticed I am drifting to your site more and more and you appear to have numerous loyal followers.  One great marketing strategy is this Community Forum.  Paying the $3.00 for 30 posts was ingenious for getting such interaction by your members.  Another great strategy...paying for pics of checks.  Very motivating!  You also have a good mix of activities and the site is formatted fairly well.

On the other hand, it is probably important to keep many of the old "stand-by" activities yet introduce new ones.  Ex: the contests are a nice idea (although I haven't happened to hit on one yet at the right time).  In my opinion, the introduction of new activities and even re-introducing old ones (the transcription one sounds like a good money-maker and lets face it, that's the primary reason-to-be-here for most of us) keeps interest and motivation at a somewhat high level.  Please keep up the good mix of surveys, including FC ones.  I haven't tried the calls, but I intend to.  Please keep looking for options....as well as with the videos.  I love to watch many of the videos.  I heard the grocery coupons mentioned and I will say that on another site they give .10 and mine have cleared in 3 wks. at most!  Maybe an idea would be to introduce FC Tasks, just like Crowdflower, where there is an option to do both and get .01 for trying (more  $ for completion and depending on the task).  Only make the instructions more straightforward...sounds like the transcription could fall under this.

The whole point of this is just some thoughts.  I am fairly new here and I thought I would tell you some initial impressions.  Thanks!
