i have a recipe that we love for baked pepperoni rigatoni and it is AMAZING! pepperoni, rigatoni noodles sauce mozzerell cheese it is very simple to make  and its oooey gooey and delicious!!

yes I like it but I can't really eat it anymore. Same with pasta but I did find a certain type at walmart that I can eat.

I am a huge fan of Italian cuisine, and pasta is right on the top of my list. Especially because of the energy that it provides (due to the carbohydrate / starch content), which comes in handy during my exercises.

Some nights I come home and make simple pasta with shrimp and  lemon butter sauce, really easy! I grew up in an Italian family so pasta is a staple meal that we have at least a few times a month with meatballs and sausage or meat cooked in the sauce that shreds when it's cooked in the sauce for hours, so good!
