For some reason, the payment that you got for taking surveys or offers has been revoked. You should have received some kind of notification or it should say something like denied on your account page. When you take surveys, be certain to take your time and read questions carefully. When you take offers, be certain to follow instructions. Also, you have to cash out within 180 days or lose payments for offers that are over 180 days.  Were you paid for referrals? If so, they have to follow the rules when they signed up. If not, your payment will be revoked.

Look over your account page and see what payments have been revoked or denied.

If you feel that you did everything right, open a support ticket and ask why your balance has dropped.

You can check your account and see if you lost some money because of not cashing out in 180 days. That's a shame if you did. If you do not cash out in 180 days, you will begin to lose money of all that you did before the 180 days.

Try to get on Fusion Cash more often. It does not take a lot to earn $25 and more to cash out if you are on Fusion Cash daily or almost daily.

Like bostonphil said you should be able to tell why your balance is lower. If you look through the credit list on the My Account page, there is a status column all the way to the right. There it should say if the credit was denied or expired.

There is a link on the accounts page you can check there to see why it was reduced

You have received very good answers.

Just make sure you cash out before 180 days.

This is why I cash out every month, if I can reach
$25.00. If not, I cash out every 2 months.

Now, that you know the answer, you know
what to do.

Well, it's gonna be hard for anyone to cash out anytime (once more within 180 days)  till FC administration fixes the issues and bugs with offers not crediting. >:(

Yep! That happened to me! I forgot I had this account and lost every cent I earned. About $60 worth down the drain! lol ...oh well, no use crying over it. Now that you know, just calendar it like I do when I have to cash out. I usually cash out 7 days before my expiration date. Google calendar is a GEM for reminders!! Hope this helps. :)

I have done surveys and then the company did not approve my answers so the money was taken away.  Also, if you have anything that is more than 180 days old, they are taken away.

Yup, keep an eye on your balances and when they are about to expire. I've been doing that more and more lately..
