Since very few things have been paying yesterday and today, it would be a good thing if the Administration would inform us as to what is going on.

Would that be too much to ask?  Maybe it would lessen the frustration a little.  Or are you beginning to shut down completely?

I agree with this suggestion. I know there was a serious glitch for 24 hours or more. A lot of us were posting about it. I went to the Twitter feed and there was no update.  It would have been very helpful if we had some idea of what was going on.

i too would love it if they were just have a pop up when you first signed in to let you know that something was amiss.  with other sites that i use they do this so im not sure why this site doesnt.

My FC seems to have gone back to normal now, but I am disappointed that they could not tell us anything about the problems.  I did get a reply to my second support ticket.  I had asked what happened to my first ticket, and the reply was "What ticket?"  Seems if one of the administrators closes one ticket, possibly all of them will close.  I do not understand.

I too understand the frustration that this can cause, I've never experienced this from FC, I assume they didn't have much info on the issue why no update was given. I'm just happy it was resolved in a timely manner.

Over the past couple of days, it's been hit and miss as to whether I get credited for my video viewing.  All I do when this occurs is limp through, try to get at least the minimum so that I can complete my ptc then hope for a better tomorrow.

knowledge is power.  If I know that there is a problem in an area,  I would avoid that area until things have been fixed and focus on something else.
