Fusioncash is a business.  No business is perfect.  Kohler and the administrators have always been very responsive to questions and concerns.

I agree, nice suggestion generally when I find out there is a problem on the site, it's from postings in the forum from other members.

whenever the site goes down or is not working right it seems that we are not being told and as a consensus we would like to be told.

For the past week I have had a problem with the actual BALANCE (my earnings).  I end a day at a value and when I go to my balance the next day it is a lower value.    Example: I ended my day last night at $25.09 and this morning it was $24.76. This happened a few times this week and I am getting frustrated loosing the value that I spent time on to earn.  I communicated with support twice and am waiting for a response.  I will give you an update as to what support says.

If you balance is decreasing every day it's because of the 180 day offer expiration rule.

Got the message from support that it is the 180 day rule that the balance value is decreasing. Thanks

Just curious (I've never been in this situation when my balance decreases every day because of the 180 day rule.  I've always cashed out long before that):  If one does get in that situation, will that entire balance eventually disappear?  How would you get back to earning enough to cash out?

Once you cashout offers stop expiring. You just have to work to get enough to cashout before you lose all your earnings

Agreed. I took at least 3 surveys yesterday that I have NOT gotten paid for.. kind of frustrating. But ive never had any issues with this site before so im kind of letting it go and awaiting a response hopefully someone will hear something?

I haven't experienced any problems, but I also haven't been able to get on as much lately. I think it would be nice to have a little ticker or something on the side that just gives us a heads up about anything that could be going on, but I think it might be hard for them to find out early enough since it's usually not the FC side and it's more of the places that do the offers and surveys.
