Almost anything, cheese, butter, peanut butter, lunch meat, put in soup, or just eat plain.

Lots of things.  As some mentioned, cheese, peanut butter - slice up some salami.

I'll sometimes use Ritz crackers for a quick desert by either eating them with some jelly on it, or I'll whip up a batch of homemade frosting and eat them with the frosting.

I love Ritz Crackers.  They can be used as so many difference hors d'Oeuvres.  Ritz can be served as Ritz with Ham & Cheese, Sour Cream & Onion, Cucumber & Sour Cream, Green & Red Peppers with Dip, Peanut Butter, Cheese & Bacon Dip, Marconi & Cheese Bits with Ritz Crust, Chicken Salad, Ham Salad, Jalapeno Popper Dip, Rolo Stuffed Ritz Cracker, Pineapple, Cream Cheese Dip with Kiwi and Strawberry.  My husband loves Ritz Crackers with Hummus. So many uses for Ritz Crackers the list goes on and on.

I usually eat Ritz plain, but I've eaten with cheese, peanut butter and lunch meat. I wouldn't mind the suggestions by others here including things with bacon as everything taste good with bacon.
