Sorry I have no idea, we usually buy the canned ones,  We did find some that where already made fresh at Whole foods.

Sounds interesting.  I have not made this dish but it sounds appetizing.  I will have to look up the recipe and give it a try.  :)

I don't know but my grandmother use to make awesome tamales. I saw that someone posted that they are made fresh at whole foods. I will have to check that out.

  I also am not to sure how to make a beef tamale, but 1 thing I do know is the a beef tamale sounds pretty good to me
