My friend did just that and he accomplished so much and explored other things that he would not have. I wish I was that strong!

Yes I think I could. I would definitely not be able to survive a week without the internet though....lol

I can survive a week without TV. I've done it before, but it can get boring.

Anyone could.   But would rather not.  Sometimes there is no choice, bad weather, earthquakes, too many people on the power grid so you lose power.     LOL   anyway, not by choice but I could survive.  I have been weaning myself from it a little.  I thought when I am on the computer, I don't need it for background noise.

We don't have any TV service, so the answer is definitely yes. We do have a TV with a DVD player, but I don't watch movies very often, so it would be very easy to give up. Internet is a different story though!

I know that I could easily go a week or more without tv. I rarely watch it anyway and I am sure that anyone that tries this will find that they have much more time available to get things done.

We haven't had tv service for 4 years in our house.  The first year going without we did utilize netflix through a wii.  Now the kids have so many interested they are on video games and there phones more than anything.  I will rent movies and series from the local library on different occasions but even than I'm usually on my laptop while watching the shows.  We've had an antenna for a few years but the reception is always questionable.  Really it's become a nuisance more than anything.  So yeah, I could go without tv for a week.  Certainly does save a ton of $$$

There aren't that many shows that I really want/need to watch. If anything I usually end up watching my favorites online anyway because they don't really come on at convenient times for me

I could definitely survive without television.  I don't watch that much of it now because of all the commercials.  They're really getting ridiculous.  I swear, some of these commercials are like INFOMERCIALS.  Next to the commercials, they've gotta cover half of your TV screen with ads for other TV shows while you're watching your show.  Really annoys me!

I can survive a week with without TV as long as I have something to do like reading or  listening to music.

I know I could go without TV for a week.  Would be hard during premiere weeks as I participate in a contest where I take notes on all new shows, so if I wasn't going to watch that week, I'd have to DVR them for later.

It's amazing how creative people can be when you take something like TV or the internet away.  People adapt to entertain themselves or just keep themselves busy.

I could easily go without TV for a week and even more.

I rarely watch it....I join the family for several shows, but mostly it is just a distraction if I would ever get bored.
