 :thumbsup: :thumbsup: My weight loss is working!! Last week monday I started using Nutribullet. At the end of the week friday when I got on the weight scale, I lost three pounds. I was so excited!!. I did a berry punch in the morning for breakfast, a nut punch ( blending all kind of nuts together), and a some crunches. At the of the week, it paid off. I am three pounds lighter.

my weight loss stays the same as I get weighed each week due to medical reasons.

The nutribullet is good.  I have a blender and a juicer that I use regularly.  I don't need to lose any weight but I do it to ensure quality health.  If people would truly look after their health...then losing weight would simply be a side effect.

Congratulations to you! Way to go! I have been working out steadily since January and am liking what I am seeing! I have lost twenty pounds even with the weight gain that accompanies more muscle. Clothes are fitting better, I am not worried about sucking in my gut, I have been eating better, am not out of breath as much, and have a much better personality that exudes confidence. I have let work get in the way of working out the last three weeks because I am training on a new project and have had some really well-paying night time projects but I should be able to get back on track on Friday!  Keep up the great work!

Congratulations,  i juice as well. I have to get  consistent with it though. I have the magic bullet. When you
added the nuts, did it help to give you more energy?

I think the first thing to do for weight loss is to change what, how, and when you're eating. I focus more right now on adding more fiber and fresh vegetables into my diet. Next I'll be tackling exercise.  :sad1:

Well done.  Weight management is a never-ending battle. It seems like I've been on a 50-year diet and I'm still plugging away at it.  Onward and upward!  (or downward in the case of weight loss)

congratulations..it is very hard to lose..for me anyway..i am hypothyroid,so its a constant battle
